How it works

  1. Connect your speakers. Pair a Bluetooth speaker to any phone or laptop in its Settings, or just use the device's own speaker. Each device plays through whatever it's connected to.
  2. Start a room on one device and add songs. Everyone else scans the QR code or types the code.
  3. Press play. Every device plays in step. Tap Auto-sync once and SpeakerSync listens with a microphone to cancel out each speaker's Bluetooth delay.

Devices

Delay holds a device back or moves it earlier to match the others; Auto-sync sets it for you. L / R make two devices act like a pair of earphones.

Sync

Pause the music, keep the room quiet and hold this device where you'll be listening. Each device chirps in turn. Use a device that isn't playing through Bluetooth to listen: turning on an iPhone's mic can move its sound off a Bluetooth speaker.

Keep SpeakerSync open with the screen on: phones pause web audio when locked. Songs stay on your devices and are sent directly between them.
